In this month’s recap of the Top 5 most popular C&U Food Management articles, Aramark’s plan for reinvigorating the college campus ranked as the week’s top story. While the COVID pandemic has disrupted the basics of campus life, the student desire for the college experience has never been higher. Here are some ways to manage the campus hospitality ecosystem to build demand for the on-campus experience and make it attractive to students and prospective students according to Jack Donovan, president and CEO of Aramark Higher Education, and Gary A. Williams, founder and CEO of wRatings.
